My Approach: Message to a Potential Client
Are you feeling helpless, lonely and tired of your struggles? Why are you getting caught in repetitive, unwanted pattern of life? Do you want to make sense of your life and gain more control? Do you need someone who can listen to you with keen observation, respect and compassion, who can empower and equip you to overcome your chronic or more acute struggles? You probably want more than just to alleviate your pain, but to understand your life and relational patterns, to explore your deep-seated belief and fear, your unmet desire and longing, and to live your life well. If this resonates you, I welcome you to contact me.
Together, we can explore your life more fully and deeply, especially those areas that are hard to enter by yourself. We will find the link between your past and present, from one relationship to the other; we may re-experience your relational difficulties between us and we'll see if we can relate each other in new and healing way.
I also offer Non-Directive Play & Sand Play Therapy for children and teens. Through an attuned, authentic relationship, I work to create a space where each child feels safe to tell their story and their inner self. As children’s perceptions are revealed, I help them to find healthier ways to view the world and themselves while integrating their pain.
